Anti-Microbes™
is a complex compound of citrus limonoids, bioflavonoids,
and ascorbic acids which, are biologically active phytochemicals
(naturally occurring from plants), derived from the peel,
seeds and pulp of citrus fruit (Citrus Limon), specifically
the pericarp (seed cover), flavedo and albedo layers. The
final product is hydrophilic.
Anti-Microbes™
is a proprietary, patent pending, non-toxic environmentally
safe, bioflavonoid, citrus limonoid and ascorbic acids complex
compound used as a platform for a wide variety of applications
that exhibit antiviral, antibacterial, antiparasitic, antioxidative,
bacteriostatic, fungicidal, antiseptic and disinfection
properties for human consumption, food and indoor environments.
It can be ingested or used topically. This compound has
been developed for use in consumer and commercial applications
to inhibit and eradicate bacteria such as E.coli, salmonella,
listeria, camphylobacter and staphylococcus, to name a few,
as well as moulds and fungi. One of the areas of use is
as a "leave-on" spray or wash additive, for
use directly on fruit, vegetables, work surfaces and equipment.
