Disinfection for food and hard surfaces

Vegetable-fruit or meat-poultry-fish wash : Put one tablespoon of BioClean 500 ml concentrate in a 150 ml vaporiser and fill with pure water. Spray all fruits, vegetables, meat, poultry, fish and all surfaces. BioClean being 100% natural can be left on produce to eliminate the bacteria that cause food-borne illness. It also removes dirt, soil and cross-contaminants.

Cutting board cleaner : Put one tablespoon of BioClean 500 ml concentrate in a 150 ml vaporiser and fill with pure water. Spray BioClean on the cutting board surface. Leave for at least 30 minutes. Rinse with water.

All-purpose cleaner : Add one tablespoon of BioClean 500 ml concentrate in a 150 ml spray and fill with clean water (without chlorine). Use on any hard surfaces in the establishment.

Rinsing foods in the sink : Put ½ a coffee spoon of BioClean 500 ml concentrate in a sink filled with cold water. Completely immerse all fruit, vegetables, meat, poultry and fish.

 

Dish and utensil cleaning additive : Add one coffee spoon of BioClean 500 ml concentrate to dishwater or to a final rinse. Add one coffee spoon of BioClean 500 ml concentrate to automatic dishwasher with detergent or to final rinse.

Filling the vaporiser : Put one tablespoon of BioClean 500 ml concentrate in a 150 ml vaporiser and fill with pure water.
