Dietary Supplement : Mix 5 to 10 drops in 150 ml (1/2 glass) of water or juice, two to three times a day, with or after meals. (Children under 10) : 1 to 6 drops mixed in 150 ml (1/2 glass) of juice, two to three times a day. Always dilute.

For oral ulcers and as a mouthwash : For healthy gums and fresh breath: Add 3 drops of Bio-Citrus to 30 ml or more of water. Keep in the mouth, swirling around for 10 seconds or more. Use one to two times a day.

As a tooth, gum and toothbrush cleaner : Stir 5 to 10 drops of Bio-Citrus into a glass of water. Submerge toothbrush for 15 minutes ( or leave in between uses). Rinse toothbrush before using. Change water and remix every few days.

Throat Gargle : Stir 3 drops of Bio-Citrus into a small 90 ml (1/4 glass) of water. Gargle several times. Use as often as needed. Always dilute.

Ear Rinse : Thoroughly mix 4 to 10 drops of Bio-Citrus into one ounce of glycerin or alcohol. Apply 1 to 2 drops of this solution in affected ear 1 to 2 times daily. Use as often as needed. Do not use full strength in ears.

Nasal Rinse : Mix 1 drop of Bio-Citrus with 60 ml (1/8 glass) of water. With your head tilted back, fill each nostril with a full eyedropper of the mixed solution. Swing head forward and down (head is now upside down) to force the solution up into nasal passages. Return head to the normal upright position and allow nasal passages to drain. Do not inhale through the nose during this process. Always dilute.

Vaginal Rinse : Mix 5 to 10 drops of Bio-Citrus in 180 to 240 ml (1/2 glass) of water. Douche once daily for one week. Douche more often if desired. Always dilute.

Note : Use the Bio-Citrus 500 ml concentrate to fill (without diluting) the 30ml concentrate and with dilution the 150 ml disinfectant bottle.

CAUTION : Never use full strength, may cause irritation. Do not apply to the eyes. Do not use full strength in the ears, nose, mouth or on other sensitive body parts. Any Irritation caused is temporary and can remain, at the most, for 48 hours.
